Yardcraft has recently finished another fun project in our collaboration with our friends at Lott Family LLC, a local home builder in the Arlington, Virginia. ?As a part of their core team, Yardcraft provided design services for an attractive yard space that would add value to the home. ?Despite the slow market, Lott Family was able to sell the home, with the new homeowners excited about the new yard and its prospects.

As a part of our growing toolbox, Yardcraft provided the new homeowner with educational welcome pamphlet to their yard and its design. ?Our package defined and explained the yard and its layout as well as harvesting seasons of the various flora in the yard. We feel strongly that the more a homeowner knows about how manageable a food-producing yard can be, the better!

Since the home was still under construction at the time of the sale, and at the request of the homeowner, Lott Family LLC and Yardcraft worked to incorporate a new garage into the backyard scheme. ?This proved to be a continued design opportunity as the client was able to give Yardcraft more input to customize the design further to their taste. ?This included an incorporation of a larger patio space for entertaining. ?Near completely built, the landscape will be installed for the new homeowners in the spring.
