Using water you make a paste that is thick, but make sure that you follow the manufacturer?s instructions on how to make it.

To improve the flexibility and strength for expansion, add latex additive and put the compound over the concrete crack. You can use a putty knife to do this. Make sure that you smooth the surface before the mixture hardens. Let it dry for up to 3 hours. Then, cover it with plastic sheeting. It needs to be kept covered for five days in order for it to harden totally before using.
